    I agree with Sarah, a beautiful poem and reading! I like the way you capture the landscape of this old and historic house and particularly the reference to “Queen Anne”s sleeping with her memory” and the legacy that still haunts. I know it is famous for the presence of Wordsworth, and his sister in that home for a few years; but I am still captivated by the mysteries beyond that. Somehow, I also think, and this is just me, of the fields being whitish by the spread of the flower,Queen Anne’s Lace and it’s namesake dating back to Anne of Denmark, wife of James the First.
