Jan,
A beautiful remembrance for Veteran’s Day or any day.
It is clear that you created this piece of art with loving attention
as befits those brave souls.

As we remember today there are many thoughts of lives–those who are here & those who are gone–all for the sake of freedom. That truly tugs on the heart. It’s a joyful/sad day, one that’s somber & sweet.

thank you for your thoughts and remembrance. I have just wept through the service on tv. I was a therapist at NDMC in Ottawa in ’69 and ’70 and helped in the treatment of many armed forces members both serving and veterans. So much to remember and give thanks.

Ely,
It’s a tug-on-the-heart kind of day–Veterans Day–as it should be. The sacrifices are many for this thing called freedom. I love that many caring people pause to remember. We can’t take freedom for granted; we cannot forget the sacrifice(s). Thank you for visiting here–by reading & commenting, too.
